- Knee Pads & Elbow Pads
- Place the pad on the appropriate limb.
- Pull the strap around your limb.
- Attach the velcro on the strap to the velcro on the pad.
- Once attached, check the pad is firmly in position before commencing skating.
- Wrist Guard
- Place the wrist guard onto hand.
- Put your thumb through the hole.
- Attach the velcro.
- Plastic insert against wrist of hand.
