To ensure a proper fit, look in a mirror and gently rotate the helmet on your head, front to back and side to side, noticing the skin in the brow area. If the fit is comfortable and the skin moves with the helmet, a proper fit has been accomplished. If not, the helmet is too loose. the helmet should be worn level on the head with the front approximately 2.5 cm form your eyebrows. Place the helmet level front to back on your head, as shown in figure 9. Figure B shows the incorrect way to wear the helmet.
